Spring Tryouts 2026
All players wanting to try out must have a completed physical form turned in to the AHS training staff before January 14th.
All players wishing to try out must also complete everything listed below.
*NOTE - If you are currently playing another sport at AHS, you cannot tryout for the baseball team until your current season is over. Contact Coach Womack if you have any questions.
*Mandatory Tryout Meeting – Wednesday, January 7th - This is a mandatory meeting for anyone that plans to tryout for the baseball team.
All attendees should make their way to the bleachers behind home plate at Colt Field after school.
We will start promptly at 3:20pm.
Tryout Form – Must be completed by 10pm on January 14th

Online Forms – Rank One – Must be completed by January 14th
Our tryout process will mirror that of a typical baseball tryout where we will evaluate player’s speed, arm strength, fielding ability, and ability to hit.
FRIDAY – JANUARY 16, 2025
3:30pm-4:00pm – Check-In – Registration (at the concession stand)
4:00pm – Introduction
4:05pm – Tryouts begin
6pm - Players released
SATURDAY – JANUARY 17, 2025
9:45am – All remaining tryout players will participate in an intrasquad game.
12:00pm – Players released for the day
